There was fret buzz on the low E and D strings on this guitar, the nut was low, especially on those strings but the frets where all over the place. The main issue was a lump around the 8th, 13th and 14th fret. I fret level sorted this and gave me a little wiggle room on the nut. Although the D was still a little low it was playable.
