Washburn MG40

My job here was to reassemble this guitar after it had been left in bits for a few years, long story… I found that one of the studs that anchor the trem was missing along with the grommet that it screws into. I was only able to get hold of one that was a different size to the original so had to plug and re-drill the hole.

There was a couple of earth wires that had broken and needed re-soldering and the output was corroded and causing issues with connection so I replaced it.

The first few frets were loose and needed gluing down and the guitar in general needed a good clean.

I hd to add a couple of shims to the A and B saddles to get the strings closer to the actual fretboard radius.

Setup low and fast with D’Addario 10 – 46.
