There wasn’t much I could do in the end with this guitar; the bridge needed planing, the nut wasn’t seated properly and the frets were worn. The main issue though was some of the frets were bent and lifted at points. Really it needs a re-fret but that;s more than the guitar is worth.
One of the bridge pins was broken so I replaced and restrung with D’Addario 12 – 53.
