What started off as a setup became a re-fret. The owner brought this guitar in saying that the action had become really high, in fact over the time he’d owned it it had gotten worse ands worse but so slowly that he hadn’t noticed until it was really quite bad.
The neck had twisted and warped and I though I may be able to level this out of the frets. Unfortunately it was just too bad so the only option was to pull the frets out, level the board and re-fret the guitar.
I’m very happy with how this turned out.
