I installed a Sustainiac on this Les Paul copy a while back. It’s back in as for some reason the guitar isn’t working out! So, my job was to uninstall the Sustainiac and re-install it into this “Vintage” Strat copy. There was quite a lot of moving about and even though the circuit board is apparently designed to drop into a Strat cavity this copy is slightly different and smaller. This meant I needed to route an area in the body for the board and install a battery box, which is a good idea to be honest as this will probably eat batteries.
