No one likes an incredibly high action and that what I was presented with here. The Sustainiac wasn’t working as it should either and needed some investigation.
The frets were really uneven, which would explain the buzz the owner had tried to combat so a level and re- crown was in order. Took a lot of work but they eventually fell in line.
It took some time to find there were bad connections on the bridge pickup and the Sustainiac plus the switch was wired up backwards.
