This PRS came in for a setup on some advice on the pickups as the owner found the bridge pickup to be overly trebly and harsh. Initially they wanted the trem blocking off and in the end that’s what I’ve had to do to get the action down. To re-instate the trem I think I’ll need to put a shim in the neck pocket to get some more neck angle.
I did find the bridge pickup to be very tinny and harsh to my ears, even with them at similar heights they don’t seem balanced to me.
