This Martin variation is made by a company called Pre War and the owner had caused a few areas of damage they wanted addressing. One of them was a flaw in the finish from manufacture I think, where the lacquer had not quite taken with the binding but who knows?
I dropped in some clear nitro and the repairs are almost invisible.
The saddle had been brought down and didn’t fit the slot all the way to the end so I was asked to make a new one.
Strung up and frets polished with supplied D’Addario strings.
