This Martin came in with a high action and the owner complaining that it wasn’t playing as well as they thought it should. The neck didn’t have nay relief on it and the nut was cut too low. Once the strings were off I could see the frets were a little worn and with a fret rocker they were revealed to be uneven. A fret level would hopefully avoid a new nut and sort the other issues out.
Frets came up well but I must say I would have expected them to be better to start with on a guitar of this value.
