This Martin had a cracked side which can be complicated to fix and the wood doesn’t want to go back in line. I made couple of jigs using a guitar tuner, I can’t take credit for this, have a look online and you’ll see countless repairs using this method, it really is great!
I needed to do some light refinishing to mask the finished repair and while not completely invisible I think it turned out well.
Setup with Martin 12 – 25 strings.
