This guitar came in to have some Dimarzio Occult pickups installed, a re-wire and a setup. Unfortunately the supplied pickups were surface mount and had covers which wouldn’t fit through the pickup frames. 5 months later and the replacements arrived.
The owner had some Bare Knuckle CTS pots and a cap which I installed, with the volume push/pull doing the coil tap on both pickups.
I had to replace the knobs with Gotoh ones as the CTS pots were too big.
It needed 8 shims to get the Floyd Rose to match the 15″ radius.
Setup with supplied Ernie Ball 10 – 56 is A# Std.
