Here’s a lesson; get a good case. This one was very old and the zip slip apart sending the guitar plummeting to the ground where it suffered a nasty knock on the fret board and a substantial dent on one of the frets. This required a fret level that up to this point wasn’t really essential.
The real reason for his guitar coming in was to have the toggle switch moved to where the tone pot was (the tone pot not being needed). The tuners were also being swapped for some Gotoh locking Machine Heads in black. Its as decided that the rest of the hardware should be swapped for black too.
Setup with supplied Ernie Ball 10 – 52.
