At first the frets on this Les Paul didn’t look that bad but the owner had complained about excessive fret buzz, which when I plated the guitar was a problem. It was really bad on the A string and at first I though it might be the bridge. However when I checked the frets there were some high spots and I levelled them. It was only then that I could see just how much they were worn in places where the owner have obviously favoured playing on. As soon as the frets where done all the pieces fell into place and the setup was straight forward.
