This guitar came in for a setup. You’d think having a metal neck would make it more stable but from my experience this isn’t always the case and here we needed some adjustment and with no truss rod this wasn’t possible. I thought I’d finished the setup and guitar was feeling great, but then I played above the 15th fret and everything bottomed out. I had to do a kind of partial fret level to fake the correct relief. Luckily there was enough fret.
