This bass came in for a setup and to have some thrust bearings fitted to the bridge to make the tuners smoother, an idea that a customer came up with the other month and seems to have taken off. I was unable to fit on to the bottom string as it prevented the detuner from working. I was also asked to look into replacing the leg rest as the lock had broken meaning it swung freely and was being held in place by a piece of blueback. Unfortunately it’s not a part that Hohner have made available and is discontinued.
