This Gibson came back in to have a pickup install checked out, as it kept cutting out. The issue was that one of the pickups had a dry joint on its ground and it was connecting intermittently when the braided wire was touching between the pickup and the cavity. The wiring job really wasn’t up to much so I re-did it.
The were a few other errors such as the neck pickup frame being on the wrong way round, makes you wonder…
