This Tele had sitar like noises on the B and high E, the frets were also very pitted so I gave it a fret level. This way the nut would be high so I could cut the slots fresh. I also noticed the saddle were very low, with the grub screws sticking out of the top. I added some neck angle with the useful nut in the heel and this with the other work cured the sitar noises.
