Fender Jaguar Special

The frets on this Jaguar were well worn and the owner decided to re-fret rather than fret level which was done with stainless steel. The nut was too low and needed replacing for sure once the new fresh were in. The volume was causing problems which I initially thought might just need cleaning but was in fact broken and need replacing, I also added a ground between the output and the pots. The bridge was so rusty it had seized up but I managed to clean it up and get it working again. I also repaired the low E tuner which was bent meaning it felt loose.

Setup with D’Addario 11 – 49.
