I’ve done what I can with this guitar but a combination or errors in manufacture and some cheap components multiplied by the time it takes to put things right have forced me to stop when I found the intonation bots had threaded on some strings.
The nut slot was not square or even but I did my best to make a nut that was a snug fit.
The hardware is attached with screws which don’t work well in aluminium and one failed on strap button. I replaced it with a bolt.
I did my best with the setup but the neck has a bit of a back bow. I got as far as doing the intonation so almost there in drop C with D’Addario 11 – 49.
