Unique and unusually designed Yamaha in for a final fret level, next up is a re-fret I think. The nut was a little low on the A and D strings but passable.
The low E saddle had completely seized on the action grub screws and thew intonation screw. I had to swap the end off the intonation screw to get it out, then twist the grub screws out using a vice. Watch out for rust!
The trem was screwed tight to the body so it wouldn’t work, and set this up so it now does.
Set up with D’Addario 10 – 46.
