This guitar has some back after a year or so for a setup. I was quite alarmed to see the trem leaning forward so much, something that’s not usually an issue but when I took the rear cover off I found the springs were tightened up pretty much as far as they would go. Further investigation led me to conclude that the trem itself has been installed slight too far forward and is resting on the body. To counter this I had to change the springs and in the end add two more. There’s not much movement backwards on the trem but it is sitting more where it should be.
The volume was crackly and couldn’t be cured by cleaning so I replaced it.
